Taking a vacation? Let us know ahead of time:
To avoid a blocked debit card while traveling, take a few moments to give us a call. We can be reached between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (central time) Monday through Friday or on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Our numbers are 254.526.3081 or 800.246.7039.

For your protection, we use Falcon, a leading fraud protection service, to monitor your debit card usage and detect suspicious activity. When spending outside your normal routine is detected, a fraud specialist will contact you to verify that you authorized the transaction. If the fraud specialist cannot reach you, your card may be temporarily blocked.

If you experience trouble with your debit card while you are traveling, call the 24/7 Falcon Monitoring Service hotline at 866-508-2693.

ePay Enhancements:
On Thursday, June 24, the online bill pay site changed. Stop by any branch for an updated "how to" guide.

Children's Miracle Network:
We have set a goal of $15,000! That's how much we want to hand over to CMN in September during the radiothon. Stop in to buy candy, t-shirts, or to make a donation. Can't make it in to a branch, give us a call and we'll transfer funds from your account.

Change of Address:
All mail should now be addressed to 1011 Wales Drive Killeen, TX 76549.
We no longer receive mail sent to PO Box 1389 Killeen, TX 76540.

Abandoned Funds:
Texas Partners will be remitting Abandoned Funds in October.

By law, Texas Partners is required to remit abandoned funds to the state on an annual basis. Your accounts are considered abandoned if you have not made any transactions on the account or have not initiated contact with Texas Partners within the last five years.

If you think this may apply to you or a family member, please contact us by October 15 to ensure your funds are not remitted to the state.

The states have implemented active outreach programs designed to reunite unclaimed property owners with their lost of forgotten assets. In Texas, state law requires the Texas Comptroller's office to hold abandoned and unclaimed property reported by businesses and financial institutions until its owner or their legal heirs claim it. The agency attempts to find the rightful owners of unclaimed properties through annual newspaper advertising, direct mail notices, and the agency's web site. To search for unclaimed property online, go to http://www.window.state.tx.us/up. You can also request a search by phone by calling (800) 654-FIND (3463).
