The Killeen branch is located at 1011 Wales Drive, just off Hwy 190 and the Willow Springs exit.

WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Collector.  Full-Time.  Notifies or locates customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment.  Assist members with disputes and problems with their accounts in person or by phone.  Order repossession of property and prepare necessary paperwork.  Perform inventory of repossessed property, prepare property for sale and maintain the repo lot.  Saturdays required.  High School diploma or GED; plus one year collection experience required.  Related experience may be considered.   Must be able to pass credit background check.

Lending Manager. Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the activities of the Lending Department. Develops strategic growth and financial profitability plans for the Lending Department which involves personal loans, auto loans (including indirect lending), mortgage, and home equity loans. Participates in developing overall loan policies and programs as well as loan objectives and goals.

BS/BA, Credit Union Management Degree, or high school level graduate with a minimum of five years experience in consumer lending at the exempt level for a larger credit union, bank, or savings and loan.  Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience over loan officers and other lending personnel.  Experience in indirect lending is desired, but not required.

Investment Representative.  A Financial Services Representative with a professional image who is energetic and a self starter to assist members with their financial goals and objectives. Must be able to perform financial analysis and identify appropriate insurance and securities products.   Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Insurance and/or 2-5 years proven financial services sales experience. Must have Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 or 66 and a valid Texas Insurance (Life/Health) License.

Marketing Manager :  Killeen Branch Location.  Manages design and production of planned marketing programs.  Develops the annual marketing plan based on market research and the goals and objectives set by the Board of Directors and Senior Management.  Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, point-of-purchase displays, and signage.  Negotiates contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.  Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.  Directs the public relations activities of the credit union.  Plans activities related to Chamber of Commerce participation and to event centered in the local community.  Copywrites, edits, directs layout and coordinates printing and distribution of quarterly newsletter and credit union annual report.  Plans and directs all specials events and trade shows for the credit union.  BS/BA from four-year college or university; or High School diploma and a minimum of three years related experience at the exempt level; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Consumer finance experience is preferred.  Must be able to attend networking and social functions, evenings and/or weekends, to enhance the image and awareness of the credit union.

Systems Technician.  Killeen Branch.  Supports and maintains in-house technology equipment and IT assets.  Installs, configures, diagnoses, repairs, and upgrades all corporate hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance.  Troubleshoots problem areas in a timely and accurate manner; provides end-user training and assistance where required.  High School diploma or GED; one year related experience (to include comprehensive hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience and MS products support experience) required; Degree in computer science and/or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.

Part Time Teller. Killeen and Temple Branch Locations. Previous teller experience preferred.  Strong cash handling experience may be considered.  High School Diploma or GED required.  Hours will be scheduled between 7:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Must be able to pass credit background check.

WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR:

Tellers in Killeen, Copperas Cove, Belton and Temple.  The positions are part-time and average about 26-30 hours per week.

Our Branches are open from 9-5 (drive thru 8:00-5:30) Monday – Friday, and 9:00 – 12:30 on Saturdays.

The Copperas Cove Branch is located just behind Block Buster Video in Copperas Cove and is a 10-minute drive from the Killeen Branch.  The Belton Branch is located near Wal-Mart in Belton and is a 20-minute drive from our Killeen Branch.  The Temple Branch is located on West Adams Avenue and is a 25-minute drive from our Killeen Branch (Do not contact these branches about employment.  See the instructions above to learn how to apply with us.)
